MSTER.co.uk – Returns & Refunds Policy

1. 14-Day Cancellation
   You may cancel any order within 14 days of delivery.
   Notify us via our online form before the 14-day deadline.

2. Return Requirements
   Return items within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
   Goods must be unused, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
   If tags or packaging are missing/damaged, we may reduce your refund to cover loss in value.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
   Report faults within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
   After 30 days (up to 6 months), request repair or replacement; if not possible, ask for a price reduction or refund.Email mstercustomerservice@gmail.com with photos, the issue you are experiencing and your order number.

4. Refund Processing
   Approved refunds issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return.
   

5. Exclusions
   Perishables and certain products cannot be returned under the 14-day right.
